Valeriia Popova: From 'Smooth Sailing' to 'Colorful Chaos'
"My artistic journey has been less 'smooth sailing' but more 'colorful chaos with a dash of genius.' The line from pro swimmer to pop artist wasn't exactly straight. I swapped out swim lanes for paint splatters, definitely had my bouts of self-doubt, and had a few of those moments like, "What am I even doing?" But that's where all the magic happens, right?

Ngun Par: Journey of Creativity
"I just want to start off by saying that art is a pursued interest just like how Bob Ross says, “Talent is a pursued interest”. Art has been a huge part of my life, slowly but surely. I realize my love for art started when I was in my elementary school, like any other kids, we didn’t know what creativity meant, but we just do it and are happy to share it—although no one really cares that much about it when you’re growing up in a house of an immigrant family like mine. I didn’t let that stop me, because during middle school, I decided to take GT level art class, and ended up getting to design my first ever mural painting for my middle school tennis court and with the help of other artistic students, we finished it before the end of summer. Fast forward in high school, I decided to take as many art courses as I could including fundamentals of art to AP studio art to even photography. And til, this day I will never forget how much my teachers have fueled my love for art by recognizing me and pushing me forward to who I am today with my creative journey. And just two years ago I finally started my art page on Instagram call Ngun.Da.Vinci during my downtime at my desk job at the hospital. Who knew that would motivate me to create even more and eventually getting some attention from some art enthusiasts and now including not only parents but everyone in my small community. Then about a year ago, I came across one of my client who actually bought me my very own sturdy Easel from Meeden. I really love and cherish it and it was so easy to put together. It’s great for both big and small painting 🎨 Last but not least, Thank you Meeden for giving me a chance share my story 🤍"

"Meeden art products have helped me become a better, braver artist. I’ve been an artist my whole life, and the products from Meeden opened up new levels of growth for me. Their products are all well made and sturdy, and many of the art sets have every thing you need to be an artist. I was used to buying single paint tubes and mixing the colors on my own, but working with their variety of colors has saved me so much time and helped my paintings look more vibrant and cohesive. "I use my Meeden ultimate pochade box as my indoor small art space easel, and for my plein air paintings.
I recently started up a plein air group, and two other members have purchased the same meeden easel.
It's an excellent easel for me when I am not using my main studio space, and even more so for my paintings journeys outside.
It holds virtually all the materials I need inc paints and brushes. It can hold ample size canvases or painting surfaces whether I would be using oils, acrylics, watercolour or charcoal.
Amazing peice of kit for it's size, suitable for seasoned or novice artists."
